A luxury Villa that offers privacy and great landscapes for you to admire and bring you calmness and serenity. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, Villa Nikoleta is able to hosts up to 6 guests. The convenient location of the house will make it easy for you to visit as many as possible locations that you have scheduled. On the exterior, a small garden beside the dining area with a portable barbeque on the veranda above the pool will become your favorite area of the house for you to enjoy your stay during the day.

 

Villa Nikoleta offers amazing views to the city of Lefkada. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms in order to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge is open plan to ensure that you will have relaxing moments. On the exterior, you will find a dining area, sun-beds, and portable barbeque.

The traditional architecture, the people, and of course the natural landscapes are some of the things that will make you want to come back every year! The Island’s world-class beaches such as Egremnoi and Porto Katsiki will leave you breathless with their crystal clear blue-green waters, the lush green landscapes, and the whitewashed cliff drops.
